2.       Through this bail application applicants namely Soomar  Buriro,  Sikandar Buriro, Muhammad Pannah Buriro AND  Pathan @ Moar Buriro seek protective bail in Crime No.38/2009 P.S Thul, offenceS U/Ss 364-A, 365, 363, 506/2, 337-H2, 148, 149 PPC.


                   The learned Advocate for the applicants states that the applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case by the complainant party with malafide intention due to matrimonial dispute between parties, that the applicants being law-abiding citizens want to surrender themselves before the learned court of Sessions Judge, Jacobabad, but they apprehend danger to their arrest with ulterior motives in approaching the learned Sessions Court Jacobabad  without protective bail. He therefore requests for grant of protective bail to the applicants to enable to surrender themselves before the learned Court of Sessions Judge, Jacobabad.


                   Mr. Naimatullah Bhurgri, State counsel, waiving the notice conceeds for grant of protective bail to the applicants.


                   Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to the applicants namely Soomar Buriro, Sikandar Buriro, Muhammad Pannah Buriro, Pathan @ Moar Buriro for a  period of seven days from today in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One lac) each subject to their furnishing solvent surety and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this court. The applicants are required to surrender themselves before the learned Court of Sessions Judge, Jacobabad within  the above period, failing which the bail bonds shall stand forfeited.


                             The bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Order accordingly.
